| General Terms |

| First come, first serve basis. |
| The artist has the right to decline a commission request if they are uncomfortable doing it. |
| The artist will start the commission upon full payment. |
| The commission may take up to 5 to 6 weeks. Keep in mind that the artist is a college student who isn't always available, so please commission only if you are willing to wait. |
| Please provide detailed references, especially for original characters and AUs. |
| Fixed art style (fully rendered semi-realistic), excluding sketch commissions. |
| I will accept three (3) minimal revisions, provided I've already completed the sketching stage. Major revisions on the final piece will warrant additional fees. |
| Payment |

| Full payment is required via GCash or Paypal only. |
| Refunds will not be permitted once the artist has started working on the commission. However, if the artist is unable to fulfill the commission, a refund will be issued. |
USAGE
| The artist has the right to and may: |

| Include the commissioned art as a sample in their portfolio, commission sheets, social media, etc. |
| - Should the artist post the piece online, the commissioner will be informed beforehand. |
| The commissioner, under any circumstances, may not: |

| Sell, reproduce, and/or use the commissioned art for commercial purposes. The commissioned piece is strictly for personal use only. |
| Post the commissioned art online without credit to the artist. |
| Claim the commissioned art as their own. |
| Use the commissioned art for NFTs, AI, and any type of cryptocurrency related business. |
